1ALEPH 2Blessed are those who keep his statutes, 3Yes, they do nothing wrong. 4You have commanded your precepts, 5Oh that my ways were steadfast 6Then I wouldn't be disappointed, 7I will give thanks to you with uprightness of heart, 8I will observe your statutes. 9How can a young man keep his way pure? 10With my whole heart, I have sought you. 11I have hidden your word in my heart, 12Blessed are you, LORD. 13With my lips, 14I have rejoiced in the way of your testimonies, 15I will meditate on your precepts, 16I will delight myself in your statutes. 17Do good to your servant. 18Open my eyes, 19I am a stranger on the earth. 20My soul is consumed with longing for your ordinances at all times.¶ 21You have rebuked the proud who are cursed, 22Take reproach and contempt away from me, 23Though princes sit and slander me, 24Indeed your statutes are my delight, 25My soul is laid low in the dust. 26I declared my ways, and you answered me. 27Let me understand the teaching of your precepts! 28My soul is weary with sorrow: 29Keep me from the way of deceit. 30I have chosen the way of truth. 31I cling to your statutes, LORD. 32I run in the path of your commandments, 33Teach me, LORD, the way of your statutes. 34Give me understanding, and I will keep your Law. 35Direct me in the path of your commandments, 36Turn my heart toward your statutes, 37Turn my eyes away from looking at worthless things. 38Fulfill your promise to your servant, 39Take away my disgrace that I dread, 40Behold, I long for your precepts! 41Let your loving kindness also come to me, LORD, 42So I will have an answer for him who reproaches me, 43Do not snatch the word of truth out of my mouth, 44So I will obey your Law continually, 45I will walk in liberty, 46I will also speak of your statutes before kings, 47I will delight myself in your commandments, 48I reach out my hands for your commandments, which I love. 49Remember your word to your servant, 50This is my comfort in my affliction, 51The arrogant mock me excessively, 52I remember your ordinances of old, LORD, 53Indignation has taken hold on me, 54Your statutes have been my songs, 55I have remembered your name, LORD, in the night, 56This is my way, 57The LORD is my portion. 58I sought your favor with my whole heart. 59I considered my ways, 60I will hurry, and not delay, 61The ropes of the wicked bind me, 62At midnight I will rise to give thanks to you, 63I am a friend of all those who fear you, 64The earth is full of your loving kindness, LORD. 65Do good to your servant, 66Teach me good judgment and knowledge, 67Before I was afflicted, I went astray; 68You are good, and do good. 69The proud have smeared a lie upon me. 70Their heart is as callous as the fat, 71It is good for me that I have been afflicted, 72The Law you have spoken is better to me than thousands of pieces of gold and silver.¶ 73Your hands have made me and formed me. 74Those who fear you will see me and be glad, 75LORD, I know that your judgments are righteous, 76Please let your loving kindness be for my comfort, 77Let your tender mercies come to me, that I may live; 78Let the proud be disappointed, for they have overthrown me wrongfully. 79Let those who fear you turn to me. 80Let my heart be blameless toward your decrees, 81My soul faints for your salvation. 82My eyes fail for your word. 83For I have become like a wineskin in the smoke. 84How many are the days of your servant? 85The proud have dug pits for me, 86All of your commandments are faithful. 87They had almost wiped me from the earth, 88Preserve my life according to your loving kindness, 89LORD, your word is settled in heaven forever.¶ 90Your faithfulness is to all generations. 91Your laws remain to this day, 92Unless your Law had been my delight, 93I will never forget your precepts, 94I am yours. 95The wicked have waited for me, to destroy me. 96I have seen a limit to all perfection, 97How I love your Law! 98Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, 99I have more understanding than all my teachers, 100I understand more than the aged, 101I have kept my feet from every evil way, 102I have not turned aside from your ordinances, 103How sweet are your promises to my taste, 104Through your precepts, I get understanding; 105Your word is a lamp to my feet, 106I have sworn, and have confirmed it, 107I am afflicted very much. 108Accept, I beg you, the willing offerings of my mouth. 109My soul is continually in my hand, 110The wicked have laid a snare for me, 111I have taken your testimonies as a heritage forever, 112I have set my heart to perform your statutes forever, 113I hate double-minded men, 114You are my hiding place and my shield. 115Depart from me, you evildoers, 116Uphold me according to your word, that I may live. 117Hold me up, and I will be safe, 118You reject all those who stray from your statutes, 119You put away all the wicked of the earth like dross. 120My flesh trembles for fear of you. 121I have done what is just and righteous. 122Ensure your servant's well-being. 123My eyes fail looking for your salvation, 124Deal with your servant according to your loving kindness. 125I am your servant. Give me understanding, 126It is time to act, LORD, 127Therefore I love your commandments more than gold, 128Therefore I consider all of your precepts to be right. 129Your testimonies are wonderful, 130The entrance of your words gives light. 131I opened my mouth wide and panted, 132Turn to me, and have mercy on me, 133Establish my footsteps in your word. 134Redeem me from the oppression of man, 135Make your face shine on your servant. 136Streams of tears run down my eyes, 137You are righteous, LORD. 138You have commanded your statutes in righteousness. 139My zeal wears me out, 140Your promises have been thoroughly tested, 141I am small and despised. 142Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness. 143Trouble and anguish have taken hold of me. 144Your testimonies are righteous forever. 145I have called with my whole heart. 146I have called to you. Save me! 147I rise before dawn and cry for help. 148My eyes stay open through the night watches, 149Hear my voice according to your loving kindness. 150They draw near who follow after wickedness. 151You are near, LORD. 152Of old I have known from your testimonies, 153Consider my affliction, and deliver me, 154Plead my cause, and redeem me! 155Salvation is far from the wicked, 156Great are your tender mercies, LORD. 157Many are my persecutors and my adversaries. 158I look at the faithless with loathing, 159Consider how I love your precepts. 160All of your words are truth. 161Princes have persecuted me without a cause, 162I rejoice at your word, 163I hate and abhor falsehood. 164Seven times a day, I praise you, 165Those who love your Law have great peace. 166I have hoped for your salvation, LORD. 167My soul has observed your testimonies. 168I have obeyed your precepts and your testimonies, 169Let my cry come before you, LORD. 170Let my supplication come before you. 171Let my lips utter praise, 172Let my tongue sing of your word, 173Let your hand be ready to help me, 174I have longed for your salvation, LORD. 175Let my soul live, that I may praise you. 176I have gone astray like a lost sheep.
